AIDS Walk Portland and a New Landscape for MZA

MZA offers a suite of project-specific services that clients have been clamoring for lately. The services are offered as an alternative to producing and staffing an event in its entirety. This has enabled MZA to grow its client base as well as maximize staff efficiency. The client organizations, in turn, benefit from a cost-effective, high-return and small-footprint task force that can come in to accomplish a specific job with focus and precision.
In 2014, MZA led the team-building efforts of AIDS Walk Central Ohio. When organizers from Cascade AIDS Project witnessed the success of MZA’s involvement in Ohio, they approached MZA to forge a similar partnership at the Pacific Northwest event last September.
MZA’s role at AIDS Walk Portland was to develop and lead a team building and fundraising strategy as well as to boost corporate sponsorship. Using its unparalleled organizing methods, the final results were once again successful on both fronts. The Walk raised $633,776, which was a substantial $193,000 more than the event raised the year prior.
The results are clear: MZA is the charitable fundraising community’s go-to partner for task-specific, short-term jobs in addition to full-service, ground-up event production.
